What to Expect

Check-in & out

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check out time is 10:00 am. Late Check-in/out requests must be made prior to - at our front desk. deposit required at time of booking. Full Payment required 30 days prior to check-in. Optional cancellation waiver - $89. Allows cancellations up to 72 hours prior to check-in. Must be purchased within 48 hours of confirmation.

Resort Fee

CAD 15 per day for use of Wi-fi, pool, gym, underground parking. And all other amenity access at Sunset Resorts and Paradise Resort Club

Area Discounts

All guests are issued a merchant discount map, which provides discounts from area merchants on various activities such as whitewater rafting, dog-sledding, dining, shopping, entertainment, hot springs, equipment rentals and more.

Barbeque

We provide our guests with an large outdoor gas barbeque and picnic area. Our balcony units have BBQ's on them for your convenience.

Wireless internet is available in the guest rooms and the adjacent areas. Internet access and business center is available in the guest lounge.

Parking

Complimentary secure heated underground parking is available for all guests. One stall is provided for each suite.

Getting to Canmore

By road Canmore is located just five minutes from Banff National Park and a one hour drive from Calgary.

Canmore is the first major town you'll find as you drive west of Calgary on the Transcanada Highway.

If you are flying to Calgary, you will arrive at the Calgary International Airport. The airport has many shuttle services available that will take you directly to Canmore.

Directions from Calgary International Airport
Turn Left on Barlow Trail as you exit the airport. Left on Airport Road to Deerfoot Trail (Hwy #2). Follow North to Stoney Trail West. Take Stoney Trail to Trans Canada Hwy #1 West. Hwy #1 to Exit 89 in Canmore (approx. 80km). Turn Right on Benchlands Trail Bridge over hwy into Canmore. Turn right onto Bow Valley Trail. Proceed 3 blocks and turn right onto Sidney Street. The front desk is located at the back side of Sunset Resorts Canmore.

Follow Trans Canada Hwy #1 East from Banff National Park to Exit 86 (Hwy 1A/Bow Valley Trail). Proceed 3 blocks and turn right onto Sidney Street. The front desk is located at the backside of Sunset Resorts Canmore and Spa.
