Who
Established by Vern Mazur in 2009 as a resort property
management company after successfuly operating a
professional member service company since 1994. With
expertise of inventory management in the vacation ownership
industry it was an easy transition into operations. The VEM
Management team offers much more than any other vacation
property rental company in the market today. From
condominium rentals to vacation club management, to
maintenance and renovations, to owners exchanges through
Interval International VEM offers more to its owner partners.

To increase your occupancy and revenue we
have set up a variety of unit types and view
selections. We have also purposely restricted
the overall number of units in our inventory
which ensures that all of the various units under
our management receive maximum profit.
55/45 revenue split in the owners favour using a rotational
system which is fair to all of the various unit types, views and
configurations. We remit your Alberta hotel sales tax on your
behalf so that you don’t have any worries.
Detailed statements with every booking listed by date and
monthly owner payouts. Our program was designed to first show
the gross revenues, and then deduct any global distribution
commissions resulting in the net revenue that payouts are
calculated from. This provides transparency while allowing
individual owners to verify the revenues generated by any guest
that occupied their unit. The end result is that our owner
statements are the clearest in the industry.
